City Plan Version 13 identifies multiple residential and centre conditions in Tugun, with varying height boundaries and mapping for airport noise, foreshore setback, flood assessment, bushfire, landslide and ridge protection. Local heritage places are also mapped in parts of the suburb. These are locality-level intersections only; an individual site may engage some, all or none of them. Current mapping and any existing approvals should be checked against the exact proposal.
