Stadia Precinct reimagines the stadium as a vibrant mixed-use district, weaving sport, culture, and daily life into one cohesive tapestry. A 35,000-seat arena anchors pedestrian-friendly streets, lush green corridors, and adaptable civic squares that welcome visitors year-round.We turn the stadium inside-out: a 35,000-seat “urban living room” pumps energy into a lattice of pedestrian streets, pocket parks and culture kiosks. Game day or weekday, green corridors splice the precinct like living veins, cooling air, catching runoff, and smuggling nature right up to the turnstiles.Civic squares morph from farmers’ markets at dawn to fan zones by dusk, proving concrete can multitask as hard as the city around it. Stadia Precinct becomes Hobart’s new social engine, sport, culture and everyday life locking together to power the district long after the final whistle. The result is a landmark destination that amplifies local identity, sparks economic vitality, and invites the community to linger long after the final whistle.

Project Description
Stadia Precinct reimagines the stadium as a vibrant mixed-use district, weaving sport, culture, and daily life into one cohesive tapestry. A 35,000-seat arena anchors pedestrian-friendly streets, lush green corridors, and adaptable civic squares that welcome visitors year-round.
We turn the stadium inside-out: a 35,000-seat “urban living room” pumps energy into a lattice of pedestrian streets, pocket parks and culture kiosks. Game day or weekday, green corridors splice the precinct like living veins, cooling air, catching runoff, and smuggling nature right up to the turnstiles.
Civic squares morph from farmers’ markets at dawn to fan zones by dusk, proving concrete can multitask as hard as the city around it. Stadia Precinct becomes Hobart’s new social engine, sport, culture and everyday life locking together to power the district long after the final whistle.
The result is a landmark destination that amplifies local identity, sparks economic vitality, and invites the community to linger long after the final whistle.
